With 15 years of experience as a chef, Simiyon understands that great hospitality begins with great food. Having spent years in the kitchen, he brings a deep passion for quality, flavour and consistency to every meal served at Kodai Sims Grand.

His vision is to offer guests in Kodaikanal food that stands apart — freshly prepared, delicious and made with quality ingredients, while keeping it accessible and reasonably priced.
